Growing up, Patricia aspired to be a painter, but once she held her father’s camera in her hands, she was instantly hooked on photography. She started her career at an established Dutch magazine, and in the eighties she traveled the world, proving that; “Photography is my way of communicating”, she steadily expanded her increasing body of work.
Increasingly more celebrities found their way to her studio or wherever Patricia and her camera traveled . . . amongst them many world luminaries: Dalai Lama, Andy Warhol, Keith Haring with Dennis Hopper, Candy Dulfer, Bono and Anouk. Patricia is especially well known in the rock ‘n’ roll scene, and world renowned for her stunning photographs. Her work has been exhibited in over 30 galleries worldwide.
