 Erik Hazelhoff Roelfzema (2010 †) 

American/Dutch writer, poet, artist, lyricist, and musician is known under his pen name E.H. Roelfzema. In his art, he used encaustic techniques, as well as polymer resin (glass panels) and monomer resin (embeddings). Between 1970 and 1990 he travelled extensively while leading a life of farmer, fisherman and surfer in Ahualoa, Hawaii. He returned to The Netherlands in 1990 to marry photographer Patricia Steur. His musical collaborations include those with Roll and Pizza Delivery Boys. Dutch rock band Golden Earring recorded numerous lyrics by E.H. Roelfzema.
